The Single Data Return (SDR) is a set of data items that are specifically required by the Ministry of Education and the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) for the purposes of:
- Funding
- Monitoring performance against Investment Plans
- Publishing performance information including statistical reporting purposes
All PTEs or TEOs that receive the Student Achievement Component and/or have students with Student Loans or Allowances are required to complete an SDR.
The New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) or 'QE1' Export if used to report completed Unit Standards to the Ministry of Education. NZQA exports are also available in the Student Administration application.
